It’s always been important to me to create memories around the dinner table. I’m sure it has a a lot to do with the way I was brought up. Some of my favorite memories are of my grandmother going back and forth from the kitchen to the dinner table with fresh warm tortillas. Serving was a way she said, “I love you.” She was up-and-down, seaming to barely get a chance to eat herself, but she had a smile on her face because she wouldn’t want it any other way. This is the way I like to roll. Don’t wait on me! I can eat anytime. One of my greatest joys is to see my husband and son head up for seconds or ask me to make the meal again.
Due to juggling a full-time job and remote learning, I’ve also learned to rely on a lot of crock-pot recipes. You’ll see many of theme sprinkled here on this page.
Here’s a collection of meals that have become part of my dinner routine. If I was able to find the meal on Pinterest, I pinned them for you—and me too! I have so many that I would still like to add to this page, but here’s enough to get you started. Happy cooking!
